Graduated from the University of Naples Federico II with a thesis in Logic and Legal Informatics entitled: "Digital reality in the evaluation of criminal conduct".
After graduation, he began a partnership with the chair of Logic and Legal Informatics at the University of Naples Federico II.
To broaden the knowledge of the subject, he attended the Short Master in New Technologies Law held by Altalex, the Specialization course in Digital Forensics, Privacy, Cloud and Cyber Warfare held by the University of Milan and coordinated by Prof. Ziccardi and the course of Privacy Expert Consultant held by A.N.D.I.P.
Since the academic year 2014/2015 he has an additional teaching contract at LUISS Guido Carli for the chair in Legal Informatics and since the academic year 2015/2016 he has the additional teaching contract at the same university, for the chair in Legal Informatics.
He is the author of several monographs, contributions in monographs and scientific articles on privacy, Legal Informatics and IT Law with the main publishing companies.

He is a member of ANDIP (National Association for the Privacy Defense), a member of ANDIG (National Association of Professors of Legal Informatics and IT Law) as well as a member of the SIIG (Italian Society of Legal Informatics). He carries out consultancy analysis and activity in the field of Privacy law and new information and communication technologies, with particular attention to privacy and protection of personal data, Web Reputation and the Right To Be Forgotten, IT contracts, surveillance and IT security.
